The Fourth Trimester Workshop March 28th, At just breathe yoga studio, 1-5pm

$170 per couple

Join us for a hands-on postpartum workshop for couples. The truth? We prepare so much for birth.. but very little for what comes after. Led by registered nurse and Birth and Postpartum Doula, this 4 hour workshop is designed to help couples feel confident, calm, and connected as they enter the fourth trimester.

What we will cover:

  • Caring for your baby

  • Postpartum physical & emotional changes

  • Parenting together as a team

  • Feeding your baby

  • Creating a birth and postpartum plan
